Sreekail College, established in 1947, is one of the oldest colleges in Comilla with an impressive and large campus. But the college has always been the subject of negligence whenever the question of nationalisation arises. The present government has nationalised many colleges during its tenure.
We request the authorities to nationalise this long-neglected college and thus help the young people of this area to have higher education at an affordable cost.

Come out of panic
More than one month has passed since the gruesome terrorist attack on Holey Artisan Bakery in Gulshan. Many schools and colleges in that area are still closed or semi-closed. Restaurants, hotels and other places are empty. Now Rajuk has decided to launch a drive to evict unauthorised commercial establishments from the area.
It appears that the killers have achieved their goal. They wanted to create an atmosphere of panic and helplessness and at present, such a situation is prevailing. But we have to understand that panic or fear will only serve the purpose of the terrorists. We request all to get over the panic and return to leading their normal lives.
