If winter comes, can spring be far behind
A line from Shelley’s poem Ode to the west wind “If winter comes, can spring be far behind” often comes to my mind and lifts up my heart. It conveys a bright picture, gives us hope that one day this chilly atmosphere will change and Spring will come with all its glory. Winter could be compared with the sufferings we are going through, the disappointments, the darkness enveloping us, making a very depressing atmosphere.
We are waiting for spring when colour will be seen everywhere soothing our eyes and making our hearts joyous.
