Professional hazards in journalism

We expect journalists to be objective. But the objectivity in journalism varies from society to society. Journalists around the globe often face serious consequences for revealing the truth.
I strongly feel that the international community should sit together to work out the guidelines for journalists, addressing how far societies would accept objective journalism, and how far journalists would be protected against professional hazards.

False pride!

It has been a fashion on the part of their habits regardless of their profession to make comments about Islam and the Prophet Muhammad (SM). Not only that, making of chaos by creating comments, they pride themselves and say: It is part of our free thinking.
Contrarily, whenever there is protest and procession in defence of truth and justice, the patrons of the ignorants try to label the processions of truth as acts of fanatics.
It has been said in the Holy Quran in two verses that creation of anarchy is worse than slaughter. We, therefore, feel that the government must proclaim an ordinance banning all kinds of provocative remarks, with provision of severe/appropriate punishment for such violation.
In this regard, we shall request the TV owners to take utmost care about selecting the subject matters of the talk-shows, and choosing the discussants.
