WC Football 2014
The World Cup Football is recognised as the greatest show on earth. Its 20th edition will be held in Brazil’s 12 cities between June 12 and July 13 amid fears of more demonstrations for government allocations in the transport, the education and the health sectors.
A total of 32 nations including the hosts will be competing for the tide from all over the world. Sixty-four matches will be played in total and to stage these matches $ 3.47 billion have been spent on stadium projects alone. The demonstrators fear more spending in the coming days and have threatened of foiling the competition.
But the question is did not the protesters welcome on May 31 in 2009 the FIFA’s naming Brazil as the host nation of the 2014 World Cup Football? Two years later Brazil will also hosts the World Olympics and, as such, demonstrations during the proceedings of the World Cup Football cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
The fixture has been prepared in such a way that Brazil, Italy, Spain and Argentina will not clash one another on way to the final if they become respective group champions. The hosts will take on either France or Germany in the semi final if they finish atop in respective group.
Groups B and D are the galaxies of stars, while the teams in Groups C, F and H are on average much weaker. Verily billions of people are eagerly waiting for the beginning of the World Cup Football.
Lastly, if Brazil’s footballers repeat 1950 tragedy, the nation’s football future will be vanished forever. Will the soccer fans agree?
