Absence of professional approach

Of the U-19 Cricket World Cup, professional approach decided the fate of the second semifinal match between the hosts Bangladesh and the West Indies, the eventual winners. The Bangladeshi team captain, the coach and the officials should have known that it would not be possible for the hosts to defeat the Caribbean with a score slightly above 220. Pakistan proved few days ago that 227 runs would not be enough against the same side.
To say frankly, there was no homework because the team management had no idea that anything could happen in sports. Moreover, few players of the home team were over excited whenever a West Indies batsman fell to a Bangladeshi bowler nonetheless the defeat was gradually approaching to Bangladesh.
In this regard, we shall request the Bangladesh Cricket Board to hire mentor to train our players as to how to react to the given situation.
