VAT on Pvt universities!
All conscientious people should speak against imposing 7.5 percent VAT on private universities’ tuition fees. Studying in private universities is already too expensive. There is abslutely no reason for the government to make it more burdensome for the students studying there. Because of private universities, a huge number of students now can get higher education as the public universities have insufficient number of seats. When the government constantly mentions that education is one of its highest priorities for the country, such policies simply go to disavow that point. We should work together to convince our government to be true to its word and make it easier to get higher education, not harder.
