Bangladesh took the revenge of their controversial Melbourne defeat by way of registering an amazing 79 runs undisputed victory over India on Thursday in the first encounter of the three-match series one day international. Held in Dhaka on Thursday, the home team stored 307 runs in the stipulated 50 overs and then dismissed the visitors for 228 runs in 46 overs and thereby issued a note of strong warning to the other cricket playing nations that Bangladesh would be a strong contender for the 2016 ICC Champions Trophy to be held in England.
In game and sports, both teamwork and individual brilliance contribute to victory. Every home team player from Tamim Iqbal to newly capped Mustafizur Rahman played their best without waiting for result.
