Of human rights
The US Police can shoot any non-white American dead at per sweet will. For this, no Police personnel are liable to punishment. The US President even cannot ensure justice. The American definition of human right is his protection. It is if the Police did not shoot the non-white American dead, he might have killed the Police man. It means whoever the US Police will think to die, it will be done. In the recent months, the world has witnessed a number of tragic deaths in the USA, whose legislators are giving new definitions of human rights. One of such human rights is sodomy. It is the severest crime in the world. It is out and out an evil. The legislators of the western countries are spreading such evil through out the world giving sodomy legal coverage.
Political philosophers have categorically said that State does not create rights. Herbert Spencer said, the state does not create rights. It guarantees only the security of rights. Wilde maintains that State is not the source of rights. Harold Laski is of the opinion that State does not create rights. It recognises them.
Human rights are generally based on religion, justice, customs and traditions. Their existence does not depend upon the mercy of the State. Unlimited freedom of expression cannot be human right. It creates chaos and disorder in the society. The government has every right to take action against misuse of freedom of expression [Ref: Political Theory (Principles of Political Science) by R.C.Agarwal]
Bangladesh is an overwhelmingly Muslim majority country. Our great leader Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman writes in his book ‘Ausamto Atmajiboni’, we have two identities. (First of all) we are Muslims, and, then, we are Bangalis. It means that nothing is acceptable if it patronises evils.
