Thanks Boys, Keep it up :
An easy six wickets victory against Scotland of the United Kingdom, chasing 318 runs on Thursday showed Bangladesh road to the quarterfinals of the World Cup Cricket 2015 underway in Australia and New Zealand. They will play their remaining two matches ¾ one against England and the other against high-flying New Zealand.
England, who also have been looking for a berth in the quarterfinals, are hovering in danger of elimination. With just two points from four matches, they now need outright victories in their remaining two matches ¾ one against Bangladesh and the other against Afghanistan.
The match between Bangladesh and England will be extremely crucial. If the match, however, is washed away by rains, the former will be the beneficiary and in that case the English people’s sorrows will know not bounds.
From Group B, India and South Africa have already confirmed their quarterfinal entries, while Pakistan, Ireland and West Indies are fighting for remaining two spots. On the other hand, from Group A, the teams are Australia, New Zealand and Sri Lanka. Let us hope for our best.
