Too many politics centric talk shows on TV
It appears to me that the television channels do not cover all branches of human life, while telecasting programme on talk show. The authorities find nothing in their choice except politics, whereas talk shows may be on the country’s economy, the causes of crimes, the music of past and present, the sports, the rural life, the relation between the rural and the urban life, the decaying of ethics and morality and the breaking of family life.
If a talk show on music is held, viewers may be introduced with the past through Abbas Ussin Ahmed, Abdul Alim, Neena Hamid, Anzuman Ara, Laila Arzumand Banu, Ferdousy Begum, Benazir Ahmed, Khondaker Farooq Ahmad, Mahmudun Nabi, Sharifa Rani and many others.
But we are deprived of that. The TV authorities can also arrange programme on international sports like volleyball, basketball, table tennis, gymnastics, rowing, football, hockey and badminton. I do not know what are the reasons that they pay no attention?. We think that the arrangement is possible. Will the TV authorities respond to?
