Include baby food items
in relief materials
The transmission of COVID-19 is increasing day by day. The overall situation is gradually deteriorating. The general holiday period is being extended in phases. Millions of people have become unemployed because maximum earning sources are closed. Every day numerous people are flocking to the long lines for relief. Government and private relief are being distributed to reduce food shortage of unemployed and the needy. But, there is no baby food in this food assistance. As a result, the physical and mental growth and development of the children is being hampered by the lack of necessary nutrients. With proper coordination and management, the distribution of minimum baby food is very important for the children of poor families. I would like to draw the kind attention of government and all other concerned to the mentioned matter.
