Champions Cup Hockey
The 2018 Men’s Hockey Champions Trophy was the 37th and the last edition of the Hockey Champions Cup for men. It was held from 23 June to 1 July 2018 in Breda, Netherlands. The Hockey Pro-League (HPL) will replace the tournament in 2019.

Australia are the defending World Cup and the World League Champions and thereby undisputedly the world’s best hockey team.
The standings of the other teams are Holland, Argentina, Belgium and Pakistan. The tournament began in 1978 in Lahore of Pakistan organised by the World Hockey Federation. Pakistan won the World Cup in Hockey last in 1994-highest five times, followed by Holland, one short of Pakistan.
Interestingly, the overwhelming popularity of the World Cup Hockey subdues the results of the last Champions Cup Hockey. But what about Bangladesh, where hockey was a popular game?
