Honour one’s religious identity

We often hear the calls for building a non-communal Bangladesh. But we had never been explained what do the speakers mean by non-communal society? To remove confusion, we should read Bangbandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s famous book ‘Ausamapta Atmajiboni’. If we read, we shall know that Bangabandhu never ignored his religious identity. We think that this valuable book should be part of syllabus at schools and colleges.
Will the Education Ministry and the government take initiative in this regard?

The ultimate eventuality

Man is not immortal. He shall die and Allah will recompense him/her for what he/she did in this world. In Verse No. 51 of Surah 14, we read, “That Allah will repay each soul what it has earned. Verily, Allah is swift at reckoning.” We further read in Surah Al-Infitar, “The righteous will land in the Paradise,” and “The wicked will be in the Hellfire.”
In this regard, it is necessary to remind the mankind that “Judgment is with Allah’ as per Verse No. 57 of Surah Al-An’am.
Therefore, everyone should be careful about his/her duty towards Allah and mankind. More simply the ultimate eventuality is destined to happen.
