Brazil return to the top

Highest five times World Champions Brazil returned to the peak of the FIFA world-ranking from the brink of pit in less than a year by virtue of the team work, individual talent and proper guidance. Nobody, even an ardent supporter of Brazil believed after 1-7 drubbing by Germany at home in 2014 World Cup that Brazil would be able to return to the artistic football what charmed the world in the late fifties and the sixties. A British soccer coach said that physical fitness, conviction and shooting power are the three basic qualities which should have a footballer to win. And to many others, an apt coach also like Tite is very much inevitable.
The Bangladesh and the Chinese footballers have none of these three qualities and that is why they are lacking behind the other Asian nations. Investment of unlimited money is not enough for success.
It is generally believed that the first game of the Brazilian national football team was a match between a Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo select team and the English club Exeter City held in Fluminense’s stadium in 1914. Brazil won 2-0 with goals by Oswaldo Gomes and Osman.
Brazil are now the world’s top football team according to the latest FIFA ranking, what they once held for years, but lost six years ago because of coach crisis. Argentina and World Champions Germany are at number two and three respectively.
