Show cinema that tells our history
We always desire to watch all those movies on the television channels and the cinema halls, which remind us of the heroic tales and sacrifices of our predecessors, but we are sorry to say that all our desires have remained dream. The month of February is heading towards end, but perhaps no television channels so far telecast any movie highlighting the days that changed the map of the world. The pathetic story is that the cable operators in the Goran area have completely ignored our predecessors’ sacrifices and stories of the common people, but the Indian movies and cartoons.
We want to watch movies like Ora Egarojan, Abar Tora Manush Ho, Arunadayer Agnisuxmi, Shayamal Chhaya, Joy Jatra, Aguner Parashmoni, Akash O Mati, Matir Pahar, Nadi O Nari, Je Nadi Marupathe, Mukh O Mukhosh, Jago Hua Sabera (Day Shall Dawn) and Sootarang on the 21st February, every day.
May we request the Ministry of Information to take measures in this regard?
