Rural Development Academy (RDA), Bogura is an autonomous national institution for training, research and action research in rural development sector of Bangladesh. In order to manage the overall activities of the organization smoothly, an annual planning conference (APC) is organized every year to review the training, research and action research activities of the last fiscal year and to formulate an action plan for the next financial year.
Following this, the 31st Annual Planning Conference was held on September 22-23, 2021 at RDA, Bogura auditorium to review the activities of the last fiscal year 2020-2021 and to formulate an effective action plan for the next year.
State Minister for the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Swapan Bhattacharjee MP, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh was present as the Chief Guest at the Annual Planning Conference. Md. Habibar Rahman, Member of Parliament, Bogura-5 and Md. Mashiur Rahman ndc, Secretary, Rural Development and Cooperatives division, were present as the special guests. The 31st Annual Planning Conference was chaired by Khalil Ahmed, Director General (Additional Secretary), RDA, Bogura as well as the keynote was addressed by him.
Speaking as the chief guest, Swapan Bhattacharjee said the RDA created by Bangabandhu is working tirelessly to build a cherished dream, hunger and poverty free Bangladesh.
Md. Mizanur Rahman, Director In-charge, RDA, Bogura acted as the Convener of the APC. The program was attended by the faculty members, teachers, researchers, experts following proper hygiene rules.
