Most of the viewers know Rashed Mamun Apu as an actor. But he started his career in media as a play director. His directed first TV play was Left Right Left, which was aired on Channel 1. Later, he made more plays including Ishwar-er Golpo. He first acted in Noman Robin’s play City Bus. Then he became engaged with acting.
This time Apu is coming with a challenging work. He is coming with 20-episode series which story is based on social awareness creating activities. There will be three minutes message in each episode of the serial. Shooting of the series was held in capital’s different places including Uttara area recently.
Rashed Mamun said, “I came into media as a play director. Later I engaged myself in acting. But my intention to give direction remains in my mind. So, when I get the opportunity to give direction I do. I believe this 20-episode serial will give necessary messages for the viewers. And audience will get benefit to watch this serial. Forty actors like Obid Rehan, Tanin Tanha, Mounata, Nusrat Jahan Papia, Odhora, Jamal Reza, Marshal, Limon, Titaan Chowdhury, among others acted in different episodes of this series. Within very short days this series will be telecast in several private satellite channels.”
