The Elegant FIDE Rapid Rating Chess tournament will be held today at Youth Bangla Auditorium in the city’s Uttara.
Around hundred players are participating in the day-long event. The prize distribution ceremony will be held on the same day evening.
Mr. Tarafder M Ruhul Amin, vice president of Bangladesh Chess Federation and Chairman of Elegant Chess Academy will distributed prizes among winners as the chief guest.The event will be held in 7 round Swiss League system and cash prizes will be given to the winners.
All participates have been requested to present in the playing venue on before 9.30 am.
