Despite full logistic supports in Raozan Health complex , the medicare facilities is omehow hampering lack of few physicians .
It is learnt that the 31 bed hospital was turned into 50 bed hospital and according to more beds, all related facilities have been installed to extend health serives to the patients,Beside the medical accessories so received from the concerned ministry, local legislator and Chairman of the Parliamentary standing committee on Ministry of Railway ABM Fazle Karim chowdhry also pr ovides additional facilities for the better interest of the patients. Following the personal donation of the legislator, the gyne department upgraded With his initiatives air conditioner, 4 delivery table, four nebulizer for children ward, and donated medicines for patients amounting to Tk.1.50 lakh. Our raozan correspondent Mir Aslam sources said home treatment facilities also included in this health complex .
Sources said beside health complex, there are 45 community clinics under 15 unions of the upazila and six union health clinics. Legisator ABM Fazle Karim chowdhury also personally donated furnitures in each community clinic and cash donation of Tk.15 and 20 thousand taka. Upazila health officer Mozaffar Hossain admitted the donations of the law maker Fazle karim chowdhry and with e his initiatives, RHC gets three ambulances.
Sources said the post of Resident Medical Officer lying vacant for the last one and half year and vacant the post of Dental surgeon.Despite installing the ECG machine, lack of t echnician, the machine is remained unused.
The health complex urgently needed a general and the installed solar panel is also inoperative since long.
