Rani Mukerji is set to entertain the audience with her next project post Hichki, which is Mardaani 2. The actress will be seen playing the role of a courageous Superintendent of Police, Shivani Shivaji Roy in the action-packed sequel. She will have an extensive plan to take on the merciless antagonist. The second schedule of the film will see Rani’s character carry out this operation to find the villain in Kota and Jaipur.
Talking about this schedule of the film, director Gopi Puthran said, “It’s an intense one-month long schedule in Rajasthan which forms the backdrop to the story of Mardaani 2. Rani’s investigation will take her to Jaipur and Kota. Given that we are shooting in peak summer of Rajasthan, it will be physically demanding because Rani will be doing action sequences too.
