A few days ago, Yash Raj Studios announced that they are going to make Bunty Aur Babli 2 which will feature Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari Wagh as Bunty and Bubbly. But now there is a twist in the tale.
On Thursday, the makers announced that Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukherji will also be part of the film and the twist is that in the film, we are going to see 2-2 Bunty and Babli i.e. double treat.
Two pairs of thieves of this name will be seen in Bunty Aur Babli 2. One is Rani and Saif and the other is Siddhant and Sarvari.
This film will be 10-15 years ahead of the previous film’s story. While talking about the film, Rani told that both she and Abhishek Bachchan had received offers for Bunty Aur Babli 2, but the conversation with Abhishek could not be done and so Saif would take his place.
Rani and Saif have already appeared in the super hit film Hum – Tum and it will be fun to see both of them together after so many years. Varun Sharma will direct Bunty Aur Babli 2 and Aditya Chopra will bankroll the project. The film might be released next year.
