Rangpur district and Mymensingh district will clash in finals of the JFA Under-14 Women’s National Football Championship tomorrow (Wednesday)at Bangabandhu National Stadium (BNS).
In the day’s first semifinal on Monday, Group B champions Thakurgaon district and Group A runners-up Rangpur district match ended in 1-1 draw. In the tie-breaker Rangpur broke the heart of Thakurgaon girls as they won the encounter by 3-1 goals.
While Group A champions Mymenshingh district walked into final as their Group B runners-up Satkhira district failed to turned up for their second semifinals today at the same venue. Therefore Mymensingh were given walkover as their opponent failed to turn up.
