Rangpur and Khulna DFAs reached the zonal final of the KFC National Women’s Football Tournament (Super League) eliminating their rivals in the zonal semifinals on Tuesday.
At Dinajpur Stadium, Rangpur DFA booked a seat for the zonal final crushing Thakurgoan DFA by 6-0 goals.
Swapna and Limu struck two goals each while Roksana and Ratna netted one goal each for the winners.
In the day’s other match, Khulna DFA advanced to the zonal final outplaying
Jhenaidah DFA by 5-0 goals at the Kushtia Stadium.
Purnima scored two goals while Mukta, Joysna and Osima netted one each for the winners.
