Rangpur Division earned a 56-run victory over Sylhet Division on the final day of the four-day Tier-2 match of the 18th National Cricket League (NCL) at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on Wednesday.
Chasing a target of 153 runs, the hosts were bundled out cheaply for 97 runs in 34 overs in the 2nd innings.
Suhrawadi Shuvo bagged seven wickets for 45 runs for Rangpur Division in the 2nd innings to be adjudged man of the match.
Earlier, Sylhet Division collected 247 runs in the 1st innings featuring a century by Zakir Hasan (112) against Rangpur Division’s 217 while the visitors scored 183 runs in the 2nd innings.
