Rana Taslim Uddin, Councillor, Lisbon, Portugal distributing certificates among the participants at the certificate awarding ceremony of two training courses titled ‘Basic Journalism’ and ‘TV News Presentation’ organised by Bangladesh Institute of Journalism and Electronics Media (BIJEM) at its auditorium in the city on Thursday.
