A man named Mikail Hossain (68) was killed by road accident at Khulna-Mongla High Way on Wednesday. He is a man of Gobindopur Purbopara of Rampal Upazilla. He was a tube well mechanic by profession.
It is learnt from victim’s family that on Wednesday morning, he was going to Chulkhati Bazar by his motor cycle. When he reached at Sonatunia area, a Mongla bound Microbus ran over his cycle. Being wounded seriously, he was admitted to Sundarban Clinic of Foyla Bazar and died here. His JanajaNmaaj was held at GobidupurFazilMadrasha Ground at 3 p.m. on Wednesday and buried his family graveyard.
