Rakhal Chandra Majumder, an Upper Division Assistant- cum -Accountant (UDA-cum- Accountant) of Moheshkhali Upazila of Cox`sBazar district, has been selected as the best government office staff.
The District Selection Committee has picked up him for the nomination, on the eve of National Primary Education Week-2016 .
He was primarily selected by the Upazila Selection Committee as the best one, from the upazila level.
Mr. Majumder is a competent, expert and experienced government employee of the upazila education office. He has received a number of professional and skill-developing training courses, namely Basic Office Management, Computer and English Language, Steno-typing Course, Record Management, Budget Preparing, Land Survey, Making Voter List, Afforestation, Books Distribution and House-wearing etc.
He is primary teachers-friendly and a very dedicated government employee. He was born at Ramgonj Upazila of Lakshipur district in 1966. At present, his family lives at the Mujaffarabad Area of Patiya Upazila. He joined as an UDA-cum-Acountant on the 23rd January of 1997 at the Upazila Education Office of Guainghat Upazila of Sylhet .
He worked at the Fatikchari Upazila, Anwara Upazila and Patiya Upazila of Chittagong district, before joining at his present working-station Moheshkhali Upazila Education Office of Cox`sBazar. He has been working at Moheshkhali Upazila for about five years. Mr Majumder was graduated (B.com) from Chittagong University. He has a degree on education (B-Ed), also. He continued his studies on M-ed Course (3rd semester) under Bangladesh Open University and LLB (1st part) under National University.
Besides, he has completed some other extra-educational courses and gained certificates on them, like; Bengali Grammar Poetics, Astrology and Inter-religious Harmony.
He has been awarded as Shriti Cleric (Shiriti Pourahitta), according to Hindu Religious traditions.
Moreover, he had worked as a `Senior Assistant Teacher’ of Gumdandi Islamia Senior Madrasha of Boalkhali Upazila, Union Council Secretary of Pukuria Union of Banskhali Upazila and South Bhurshi Union of Patiya Upazila of Chittagong district, before joining on his present post.
Mr. Majumder is the convener of the Moheshkhali Upazila Government Employee Association Club. He conducts some coaching classes in his leisure-time, on free of cost. In addition, he has been sincerely working and very much active in aide of his religious community, since the very first day of his coming to Moheshkhali Upazila of Cox`s Bazar.
