Mizan, Jahurul hit tons: Rajshahi lead by 341 against Chittagong

Rajshahi Division are leading by 341 runs with 5 wickets in hand against Chittagong Division after scoring 482 runs for 5 in 125 overs in the first innings on the 2nd day of the Tier-2 four-day match of the 18th National Cricket League (NCL) at Shaheed Kamruzzaman Stadium in Rajshahi on Monday.
Replying to Chittagong Division’s first innings total 141 runs, hosts Rajshahi Division resumed the first inning of the 2nd day with overnight total of 121 for 1 in 35 overs and on the way to score a huge total featuring two centuries by Mizanur Rahman and Juhurul Islam.
Mizanur Rahman, who was in batting with 71 runs, hits a century contributing 144 runs
Off 163 balls with 18 hits across the rope and four over the rope while Juhurul Islam, came to bat in number five, made a century scoring 143-ball 131 runs, featuring 17 fours and two sixes.
Besides, national team opener Junaid Siddique, finally scored 56 runs off 126 deliveries with five fours and a six while number six Hamidul Islam was in batting with 90 runs off 201 balls hitting 10 fours
