Rajshahi Div beat Barisal Div by 131 runs

Rajshahi Division outclassed Barisal Division by 131 runs in the 15th National Cricket League on the 4th and final day at Shaheed Kamruzzaman Stadium in Rajshahi on Sunday.
The day’s two other matches ended in draw between Khulna Division and Rangpur Division at Shaheed Chandu Stadium in Bogra, and between Dhaka Metro and Sylhet Division at BKSP ground-3 in Savar.
Replying to Rajshahi Division’s 330 and 270 for 9 (Dec) in two innings,
Barisal Division (first innings 231) resumed the 2nd innings with overnight 48 for 2 and were all out for 238 runs in 104.4 overs to concede a 131-run defeat.
Iftekhar Nayeem of Barisal scored 75 runs off 179 balls with 12 fours in the 2nd innings.
Delwar Hossain claimed 4 wickets for 38 runs while Shafiul Islam grabbed 3 wickets for 34 runs.
Junaid Siddique of Rajshahi, who scored 43 runs in the first innings and 83 runs in the 2nd innings, was adjudged man of the match.

In Bogra, Khulna Division, with first innings total 408 runs, resumed the 2nd innings with overnight 252 for 8 in 63 overs and scored 256 for 9 (dec) in 63.4 overs.
In reply, Rangpur Division, with 283 runs in the first innings, opened the 2nd innings on Sunday and scored 266 runs for 4 wickets in 84.4 overs at stumps on the final day to settle for a draw.
Naeem Islam hammered an unconquered 104 runs off 194 balls with 10 fours.
Tushar Imran of Khulna, who scored a century with 129 runs in the first innings and made 54 in the 2nd innings, was adjudged man of the match.

At BKSP, Dhaka Metro, with 315 runs in the first innings, resumed the 2nd innings with overnight 119 for 2 and scored 293 runs for 7 (dec) in 99 overs. Asif Ahmed hammered a century scoring 106 not out off 238 balls with eight fours in the 2nd innings.
Sylhet Division (first innings 284) opened the 2nd innings on Sunday and scored 72 for one wicket in 18 overs at stumps on the final day to settle for a draw.
Alok Kapali scored 110 runs in the first innings for Sylhet Division and was adjudged man of the match
