Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind and lightning flashes is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Dhaka and Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Dhaka and Sylhet divisions.
According to a met office release, day temperature may rise slightly over southern part and may remain nearly unchanged elsewhere over the country and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
Country’s highest rainfall in the last 24 hours till 6 am on Friday was recorded by 75millimeters (mm) at Tetulia, said the report that will be valid for next 24 hours till 9 am today.
The highest temperature was recorded 35 degree Celsius at Rajshahi on Thursday and Friday’s minimum temperature was recorded 20.8 degree Celsius at Rajarhat in Rangpur division.
