The met office on Thursday predicted rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind at many places of the country in the next 24 hours as of 9am today.
“Rain or thundershower with temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at many places over Dhaka, Mymensingh, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions; at a few places over Khulna and Barishal divisions and at one or two places over Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions,” said a met office press release on Thursday.
However, the day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
Country’s maximum temperature on Wednesday was recorded 37.2 degrees Celsius at Khulna and minimum temperature on Thursday was 22.7 degrees Celsius at Cumilla.
