Raima Sen, who will soon make her Tamil debut with Agni Siragugal is all geared up for the release of Srijit Mukherji’s next Dwitiyo Purush alongside Parambrata Chatterjee. Like everyone else, she is also pretty much excited about this sequel and believes this one will also have a similar effect on cine buffs just like it did during Baishe Srabon.
“The look of Amrita is a little mature, as the story takes place eight years since the events of Baishe Srabon. Param reprises the role of chief detective Abhijit Pakrashi. Baishe Srabon changed the way thrillers were perceived by the Bengali audience and I’m sure Dwitiyo Purush will have a similar effect on the audience. Srijit is a master when it comes to thrillers,” said Raima.
While the upcoming thriller will see Parambrata Chatterjee and Raima Sen reprising their roles,Anirban Bhattacharya, Rwitobroto Mukherjee and Gaurav Chakraborty are the new joiners in the Dwitiyo Purush cast.
