In the day’s first match, Railway SC overwhelmed Farashganj SC by 7-1 goals at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium.
Bellal, Shahidul, Taher, Aqib, Rana, Abir, Russell of Railway SC scored one goal each.
Krishna Kumar of Farashganj SC struck the consolation goal.
In the day’s second match, Police AC beat Shishu Kishore Sangha by a solitary goal at the same venue.
Rana Das of Police AC scored the match-winning goal.
