Angry at being detained by Delhi Police while trying to meet the family of a retired soldier who committed suicide demanding OROP’s implementation, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday took a dig at
Prime Minister Narendra Modi. “Let’s see how long I have to wait here. I am certain that I will talk to the family. This is a strange behaviour. This is Modi’s ji’s country,” he told ANI after being denied permission to visit the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. Gandhi was released after brief detention but was later detained again along with other leaders including Jyotiraditya Scindia.
