Defender Sumon Dey put Rahmatganj MFS ahead in the 27th minute by a good header beating Brothers custodian Biplob Bhattacharjee, off a Didarul Alam free kick (1-0).
Haitian forward Augustin Walson restored the parity for Brothers Union in the 81st minute from a penalty (1-1).
Earlier, in the 76th minute, Rahmatganj managed a chance to score but an angular shot of their Nigerian forward Gideon Solomon went wide.
Brothers Union earned one point from their first match while Rahmatganj MFS, also bagged one point from two matches after losing their opening match to Mohammedan SC by 1-2 goals.
