A four-day education ending festival (Rag Festival) of 40th batch students under the academic session 2010-11 of Jahangirnagar University (JU) will begin today on the campus.
Convener of Rag Convening Committee Nahid Hossain told on Tuesday.
‘In the first day of the festival, Vice-Chancellor (VC) Professor Farzana Islam will inaugurate the festival as the chief guest at 10 am on the JUCSU building premises’, he said.
The four-day festival is featured with rally, photo exhibition, rag gossip, stand-up comedy, fanush festival, tree plantation campaign, gala diner, camp fire, kite festival, static image exhibition and concert at Selim Al Deen Muktamanch, he added.
The festival will conclude on April 28.
