On the 21st National Children Day, child singer Rafsan became the first position in a category titled Banyabandhu-ke Niye Gaan. Rafsan is hailed from Muktarpara of Netrokona. He got a gold medal in this regard. In the same contest Rafsan secured second position in Rabindra Sangeet category. He got these awards at Bangladesh Shilpaltala Academy on June 6. He received a gold and a silver medals from Vice Chancellor of Dhaka University AAMS Arefin Siddiqui. Rafsan, son of Rafiqul Islam and Rehena parvin, is studying Class-III at the Holy Child Kindergarten School in Netrokona now.
