Md. Rafiqul Islam has been appointed as the Managing Director and CEO for the 2nd time at a meeting of Board of Directors of Green Delta Capital Limited which was approved by Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC), said a press release.
In 16 years career, Rafiq has built a successful track record of sustainable value creationin the field of Investment Banking including traditional Merchant Banking services. He also did the first ever cross-border M&A transaction of Bangladesh including debt and equity funding for 100 percent acquisition of a company in Malaysia by a Bangladeshi conglomerate.
