A court here on Tuesday placed Rabendra Tripura alias Shanta, an activist of Parbatya Chattagram Jana Sanghati Samity (MN Larma), to two-day remand in a case filed over the murder of Krittika Tripura alias Punati.
Senior Chief Judicial Magistrate Morshed Alam passed the order when A Samad, officer-in-charge of Dighinala Police Station and also the investigation officer of the case, produced Shanta before the court with seven-day remand prayer.
