Fazle Rabbi Mia of Comilla Rifles Club won gold medal in the .177 air rifles open site event scoring 249 in the 23rd Inter Club shooting competition held on Saturday at Shooting Complex in Gulshan.
Shaira Arefin bagged silver scoring 240 while Mushfiq Shahriar won bronze medal scoring 239.The remaining three events of the competition will be held today (Sunday) at the same venue.Zahid Ahasan Russel, chairman on Parliamentary Standing Committee’s on Youth and Sports Ministry, is expected to present on the closing day as he chief guest and distribute the prizes among the winners.
