Actions against CNG-run autos stopped again

The initiative of plying auto-rickshaws on the basis of meter based fare is going to be foiled as there is hardly any action against the defaulters. Chittagong Metropol-itan Police (CMP) and Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) stopped taking actions against CNG-run three wheeler auto rickshaws without meter or for not charging fare on the basis of meter, according to sources.Sources said, despite the directives of CMP and BRTA, most of the CNG autos did not affix meters in the port...
