UNB, Noakhali :
Begum Fazilatunnesa, mother of Road Transport and Bridges Minister and Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader, was laid to eternal rest at their family graveyard in Rajapur village of Companyganj upazila on Tuesday noon.
Her namaz-e-janaza was held at Basurhat Government Mujib College ground after Zohr prayers. Fazilatunnesa died at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University in the city around 10:35pm on Monday at the age of 92.
She left behind five sons, five daughters and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn her death.
