Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader, also the Road Transport and Bridges Minister, on Saturday visited four ailing dignitaries at Combined Military Hospital (CMH) here.
The eminent personalities, who are undergoing treatment at CMH, are: former lawmaker Mohammad Yusuf of Chittagong, Army Chief General Abu Belal Muhammad Shafiul Huq, late Dhaka North City Corporation’s Mayor Annisul Huq’s father Shariful Haque and undivided Comilla district former president Advocate Ahmed Ali, said a press release.
The minister stayed there some time and enquired about the health conditions of the ailing personalities.
