Coach Richard Pybus gave a presentation to Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) on Wednesday by informing his ten years planning with the Tigers to BCB and the presentation attacked the BCB president Nazmul Hasan Papon.

The England born African coach proposed two scenarios one short term and another long term on his plans for Bangladesh cricket.
Talking to the pressmen today (Wednesday) BCB president Nazmul said the coach gave a presentation which included a short term project and a long term project.
The BCB boss said they are looking to finalize coach appointment in the board meeting scheduled to be held on December 10.
Nazmul informed that Coach Phil Simmons is due on December 9 and he will also be considered for the role of head coach,” the BCB boss informed.
He said there is another coach who is supposed to arrive before December 9 but he opted not to disclose any name.
The BCB president said Pybus expressed his interest about coaching the Bangladesh team. He believes that the way Bangladesh cricket has progressed over the years, any coach would like to work with the board.
Earlier, Pybus worked in Bangladesh in 2012 but his relation with BCB did not last long as the coach finished the Bangladesh’s chapter after working only four and half months.
