After a break of five years, popular film actress Purnima is going to work in two movies at a time. She will start shooting of Noim Imtiaz Neyamul’s two movies – Jam and Gungchil this month. Arifin Shuvo and Ferdous will work against Purnima in these two movies respectively.
Already mahurrat of these two movies have already been done.
While talking about acting in these two movies Purnima told this correspondent, “Though I got many offers to work in movies last five years but I did not act because either story or role did not attract me to work. So, I did not work. In these two movies, my friend Ferdous will act with me. For this reason, I agreed to work in these movies. Earlier, I acted under Neyamul’s direction in a TV play. It is really challenging to work in two movies at a time. Everybody pray for me as I can successfully complete these works.”
Director Noim Imatiaz Neyamul said, “I can start shooting of these two movies with Purnima any time. I have already visited Noakhali for starting shooting of Gungchil. I can say that I will start shooting of these movies any time.”
Meanwhile, Purnima is hosting Rtv’s ongoing celebrity show titled Ebong Purnima now. She has to take part in shooting of this programme’s recording every week. Popular singer Habib Wahid was present at her show on September 29’s episode.
Meanwhile, recently Purnima performed with Ferdous at Notun Mukher Sondhan-e at the city’s Radisson Hotel. She said, “To inspire the newcomers, I and Ferdous performed there.”
