Entertainment Report :Popular film actress Purnima became mom of a daughter. She gave birth a baby at 10:20pm on April 13 at Salauddin Specilaised Hospital in the city’s Hatkhola’s Tikatuli area. Weight of the baby was six pounds. Purnima is staying well at a cabin in the hospital now. While contacting with her Purnima told this correspondent, “My first baby is female. Everybody is happy in this regard. As a mother, I am also feeling good. Everybody pray for my baby as she can stay well.” Today Purnima will return to her residence, she said. It may be mentioned that in 2007, Purnima tied the nuptial knot with Ahmed Fahad Jamal who has been working in Kingfisher Airlines. Fahad is hailed from Chittagong. After marriage though Purnima was continuing acting in the film industry, but several months ago she stopped. Purnima acted last released movie was Sohanur Rahman Sohan directed Lobh-e Paap Paap-e Mrittyu, which was released in last Valentine’s Day. Purnima started her film career by movie E Jibon Tomar Aamar, directed by Jakir Hossain Razu, against Riaz in 1997. Later she acted in movies Mone Rekho Aamai, Khobordar, Mayer Shomman, Niswas-e Tumi Biswas-e Tumi, Laal Doriya, Mon-er Majhey Tumi, Megh-er Po’re Megh, Hridoyer Kotha, Akash Chhoya Bhalobasha, Sathi Tumi Kaar, among others. Purnima first got the National Film Award acting in Kazi Hayat directed a movie titled Ora Aamake Bhalo Hotey Dilona.
