The 21 year-old Puerto Rican beauty bested 72 other contestants during the Miss International 2014 Pageant night held at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa in Tokyo, Japan on November 11, 2014.
Miss Puerto Rico Valerie Hernandez is the announced winner at theend of Miss International 2014 pageant night. Other winners are 1st Runner-up: Miss Colombia, 2nd Runner-up: Miss Thailand, 3rd Runner-up: Miss United Kingdom and 4th Runner-up: Miss Finland.
Ms. Bea Santiago of Philippines crowned Miss Puerto Rico at the end of the show.
The Top 10 are Miss Thailand, Miss United Kingdom, Miss Finland, Miss Brazil, Miss Colombia, Miss Mexico, Miss Panama, Miss Indonesia, Miss Argentina and Miss Puerto Rico.
Special awards are given to Miss Colombia – Miss Friendship, Miss India – Miss Internet Beauty, Miss Indonesia – the National Costume, Miss France – Miss Perfect Body and Miss Colombia – Miss Best Dress.
