Publication Ceremony of a book titled “Muktijuddhe Sarail Thana” written by Shah Muhammad Mutasim Billah was held at Jatiya Press Club conference lounge on Friday.
DU Vice-Chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique addressed the ceremony as chief guest with Poet Wahid Rahman in the chair.
Professor Arefin called for upholding correct history of War of Liberation before the young generation.
Liberation War Museum trustee Dr Sarwar Ali, Vice-President of Muktijuddho Smriti Rakkha Parishad Syed Rafiqul Islam, Bir Pratik and Press Institute of Bangladesh (PIB) Director General Shah Alamgir, among others, attended the function.
