The publication ceremony of ” Nisshwasher Dola”, a nobel translated by eminent poet, writer and journalist Nazmun Nesa Peari was held at the National Press Club VIP Lounge yesterday.
Vice-Chancellor of Dhaka University Prof Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique was present as Chief Guest at the ceremony while eminent poet Kazi Rozy and Rezauddin Stalin as special guests.
The function was also addressed among others by poet Abu Salah , publishers Alamgir Sikder Loton and Sur Jahan Punm of Akash Publication .
All the speakers praised the translator of the book Nazmun Nesa Peari for translating famous nobel Atemschaukel written by nobel laureate Herta Mueller from Germany to Bengali. Speakers also urged the writer to translate books from Bengali to Germany language for flourishment of Bengali literature .
It is mentionable that the nobelist Herta Mueller won nobel prize on literature on this book in the year 2009 and Nazmun Nesa Peari also translated her another nobel “Piono Teacher ” that was widely appreciated by the readers in home and abroad.
