Chittagong Bureau :One primary school student named Bristi Das(12) died of beating by school teacher in Kadhurkil area of Boalkhali thana in Chittagong . This school student expired on Thursday night after 12 days of severe beating. She falls sick after beating 12 days ago. Father of the victim lodged a murder case before the concerned police station against the cruel teacher of Kadhurkil Govt Primary school named Babla Dutta . The deceased is the daughter of Ashotosh Das of Kadhurkil in Boalkhali upazila. The deceased Bristi Das as the student of class five of Kadhurkil Govt Primary school. Boalkhali Police sources said Bristi Das was bitterly beaten by the teacher in coaching class for non-compliance to her home tasks on July 19 last and she falls sick from that night. The sickness of the deceased turned seriousness who rushed to Chittagong Medical College Hospital on Thursday last following the deterioration of her health. On way to CMCH, Bristi expired on the way on Thursday. Boalkhali thana Sub-Inspector Mostaque Ahmed told that after filling the case against Babla Dutta, they conducted raid in the residence of the teacher, but teacher Babla is now absconding. Babla Dutta is the son of one late Gopal Dutta of North Borshi of Boalkhali upazila, sources said.
